Your legal rights: When you purchase goods, by law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed, and also where the seller has no right to sell the goods.
Our policy: In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please inform us within 7 days and return the unused goods to us with the original receipt within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note.
We will aim to dispatch goods within 24 hours, but this may not always be possible, especially during our peak season.
In the event of having to return goods:-
- Please inform us of any problems within 7 days of receiving the goods and return within 14 days
- Please return the complete item/items
- Please do not attempt to make good or repair the item yourself or make any alterations
- The cost of the return is the customer’s responsibility but will refund the original delivery charge
