Our chimney products are manufactured in our factory in Shropshire and as such may vary slightly from the images shown.
Prices are inclusive of VAT and in Pound Sterling. In the event of a price difference to that which is shown, we will contact you to advise of the difference before processing a sale.
It is your right to cancel an order before the goods are dispatched or within 14 days of delivery.
In the unlikely event that the Shipper cancels delivery, payment will be returned.
We will refund damaged items, those which are not as described or are not fit for purpose. This includes sale items. Please state your intent to return the item within 14 days, we will then allow up to 14 days for the item to be returned in the same state of repair that it was received, we will then arrange a refund within 14 days. Bespoke items that are made to measure are not subject to the same conditions. Your statutory rights are not affected.
All our chimney products come with a 12 month guarantee. Products from other manufacturers are subject to their own guarantee terms.
All items must be paid for upon ordering.
All goods are offered subject to availability. Where goods are found to be unavailable or discontinued, we will offer a similar substitute if available, subject to your agreement. If a suitable substitute is not available, the transaction for that item will be void and any payment will be returned. It may be that we can dispatch the item at a later date that can be agreed upon.
If an item is received that is faulty please contact us so that we may arrange a refund or a replacement. You have up to 7 days from receipt of the goods to let us know that they are faulty. Where it is clear that the parts were faulty when you received them we will send replacements or repair the item free of charge as soon as possible.
This is in addition to the manufacturer’s guarantee, damage in transit is not the same as faulty goods.
Unfortunately will not pay for replacement parts or repair services arranged without our consent.
In the unlikely event that you receive goods in error, please contact us so that we may rectify the situation.
Please sign a declaration upon receipt of goods to acknowledge that they were received in good condition. If you have not checked the order please sign for it as “unseen” or “unchecked”. If anything is damaged please let us know as soon as possible.
You have up to 7 days from receiving the order to let us know if something was damaged. Within that 7 day period we will replace or repair free of charge any items that were damaged.
Please contact us first if you receive damaged goods – we will not pay for replacement parts or repair services arranged without our consent.
